I have a very bad experience with the Tatasky TV.Customer care people are careless and Call centre IVR is poorly configured.Even if you dial a 10 digit correct subscriber number still the IVR will say its not complete and drop the call.
Tata customer care agent will call you sometime and give you some offer in very lesser price or free and once you agree they activated the package and from next month they start charging for same without any notification.
They do not have any monitoring system to support the customer, Suddenly many of the channel stops in my TV and once I tried to reach the CC is faced the above worse experience.
I am planning to switch to other available DTH services in the market.
