Airtel dth service is so pathetic, I being an old customer since 5 years facing network issues Bb 101' the complaint has been made on 24th, till today 29th may not even a single technician is here to resolve.
Infact on 27th I get a call that it's overdue our time to resolve complaint and in compensation we would like to offer you something, I told them resolve the problem that's all and I won't pay visiting charge, customer executive agreed, post then everyday I have to chase Airtel to send their guys as every day I make a complaint the very next day someone inputs in system that complaint is resolved. Who the fxxxxx is here to check if complaint has actually resolved. fxxxxx everyday we are makin a fresh complain. Chxxxxxxxxxxxx Airtel and their chxxxxxx.
