Kindly think of alternative before planning to purchase from Kulathunkal.When its come to service they advisors try to maintain a friendly approach and beg to give good feedback then serving our problems. I even try to change the advisors just found ( worst, more wost, most worst advisors).
You will be lucky if you get worst advisor. Let me explain my problem I have vista aura with 4 year extended warrant car which was 2 year old. My rear wiper was not working so I requested for replacement.
Advisor 1: He took the vehicle for identifying the problem 1) problem checking in EC board - 10 days.. 2) oooh problem not there checking further. may be short circuit.. 10 days
2) identified sir motor problem we need to order it will take a week you can take back the car sir...5 days.. So finally 25 days identifying motor problem, which I said on first day.
Advisor not pricked back phone, contacted office arranged advisor 2
Advisor 2 : oooh advisor 1, left for training and will not pick the phone so I will check.
but I informed that he have ordered for a motor replacement. will check in spare store.
Responded back no such order made disappointment ( shouting).
Dont worry will make a quick order. We are sending the old motor to apply for warranty. 5 days back reply was its identified that motor was short circuited so we cant claim warranty. If you need replacement it will cost 5000/- ( around) okok...forget it just get me back the vehicle.
Okay after half day he spoke back that it can be claimed will give the vehicle it two days ( so why he told all that just he said forget it as long as we get the new motor okay done ) visited back after 2 days oooh wiper again not working... whats yup, oooh !! It was working well early said the advisor.
after one day sir, control switch need to be replaced 200/- need to be payed...
I just gave the 200/- and get back the vehicle as I felt tired with them... felt I am helpless after undergoing all this even we shout, we may be another one who is going to shout on the day...they are getting use to this... so its just another shouting customer. Guys, I am not sure its same everywhere but Kulathunkal is the worst service centre.
I am from Software Engineer from Technopark work with tata company planned to purchase a tata car and felt it was the greatest mistake of all times. Now I am not sure, its the problem with Tata or Service centre.
