I claim Tata Indigo Manza, which we purchased on 22nd March, 2016. I met with a minor accident and the car was damaged on rear. We have given it for repair to an approved service center. Its been more than a week now and the dealer is not by any means ready to give us date by when he will give us the vehicle back. It appears they are not ready to get affirmed plan when the company will convey the spares required for repairs. It is just crazy to manage such sort of dealers and organization who dont care of their clients in the wake of offering their vehicle. It is left with the individual fate about what sort of experience they will get amid their lifetime of proprietorship. I have already started to regret purchasing this car with the kind of customer service they offer.
