I have applied for new broadband connection of Docomo in first week of March where I was assured that I would get new connection in a day or two. However, on calling a guy who collected documents, he asked me to wait for few more days since technical team has reported some bandwidth issue.
I called upon technical team and one of technician assured me that they would try to arrange connection in a month. I have drafted a mail to him too with issue that is being faced and asked him to work on it. Already 2 months has been passed with no prominent improvement. When I again called technician, he seems to be more helpless and un-supportive. He said that he had already forwarded my mail to higher authority but they are still in discussion.
This is really pathetic that even after waiting for two months, technicians are not ready to work on bandwidh problem and resolve this issue to get few more connections. They are providing very poor and slow services to customers. It seems that these people are really unworthy and playing with Tata Docomo's image and services. If such services will continue then it would be very difficult for Docomo service provider to gain new connections in future.
I request Docomo service providers higher authority to take care of such issues and attend it on priority to serve maximum customers.
