I chose Tataindicom and sent a cancellation request even before completing one month.
A few drawbacks are-
1) installations are out-sourced to highly unprofessional company and there by very poor dragging installation, not at all meeting the promised timings. Better avail 2 days leave to have the net connection.
2) They concentrate only on first time installation and configuration and that too on their own mercy.
3) Afterwards neither the service/sales professional will attend you call.
4) Top to bottom people who have absolutely no knowledge of the importance of the servers are employed.
5) There is no proper battery backup at all, for their servers.
6) If there is a power outage (very famous in Tamilnadu) in the server area, you may not get the net from 4 to 8 hours, which is not an issue at all from SP side.
7) The service engineers make false promises only, that the server will be properly backed up. Nothing happens, in my case even after two weeks they could not do.
8) Even when the power is there everywhere, connectivity fails, if you complain they will take 24 hrs to resolve standard stereophonic message/mail and customer support promise.
9) The very next day the confirmation department wants to close the log/ticket/call rather than listening to customer nor solving the issue.
10) There is absolutely no proper system to keep track of the customer interaction, every time you have to keep repeating the issue again and again.
11) The CRM/help desk front office people are freshers who can neither even speak properly nor understand the issue.
12) The promised speed won't be there all the time goes well below by 50 to 60%
Excellent service/support/CRM help desk. Tata's flag will fly high.
