I have recently taken the TATA DOCOMO Broad Band and my experience is:-
1. Most pathetic service, they give good speed as per your plan for 1 week and afterwards they stop it and when you call to Tata customer care guys, they reply-
Sir, our Bangalore server is down we are trying to fix this issue EOD and you will resume by tomorrow morning onward and they keep singing same story for every day whenever you called to customer care people.
In my case, I don't have any service since last 6 days and whenever I am calling to TATA customer care they are saying same story -sir our Bangalore server is having a very big problem we are working on it.
And Docomo Broad band Customer care just creates service request and takes at-least 48 hours to start addressing the issue which they keep resolving for a week and more.
Docomo speed drops (with frequent disconnects) suddenly to 1Mbps to 2mbps bits ps and keeps the same speed for next two weeks (at least) even you opt for 10Mbps (FUP 10 GB) plan.
TATA is a big fraud in this market, they are just eating customer money without providing any service.
And when you call to Tata technicians they say- sir we are with some other request we can't come today we will see your request tomorrow.
Customer care changes your complaint resolution time before informing to customer.
In my case, my request resolution date was 4-11-2014 6 PM but when I called to customer care at 5 PM they told me that sir your request resolution date is 8 Dec 2014 6 PM, we'll resolve your issue before that time only.
Summary of the story is "Do Not" take, Tata docomo broadband internet connection even if they offer in free. Otherwise, you will keep following up with Tata Docomo customer care people only and you will be loosing your money(Phone calls).
