I am not able to connect to internet as there is an issue with the cabling. I am facing this issue sine 8th Aug. I am using tata indicom broadband connection for ages. But this is the first time I am facing such issue.
I had raised a complaint 16165756 on 8th Aug.
This issue used to be marked as resolved. No one from service department came to my place to check this issue and eventually this issue was closed without any resolution.Now I have again raised request 16174008 for the same issue and following it up with them.
I think they no longer to provide service to old customers as now service is provided under Tata docomo.
This is really a shameful behavior on their part and they should stop using TATA as brand name.
