I have been using their prepaid service for past few years in Chennai. Now they suddenly disconnected my connection saying that it is company decision that prepaid is service is no longer provided by them. I got no intimation about this disconnection.
My account is not working and I am not able to view my account also. I had 3K in my prepaid balance. God only knows when I will get my money back. Every 15 days connection goes down. Very pathetic service.
