I have been using Tata Docomo broadband for around a year now. I am from Kochi and had taken a 10MBPS plan. the speeds were pretty consistent, but the connection used to be down every alternate week. Every time I call the customer care they say call is being escalated, but end of the day nothing happens.
The complaint is never fixed, no body calls back, no engineer ever visits and after a couple of days the damn thing would start working again. After repeated calls and email during every downtime, I have realized these guys have no responsibility and the service is totally unreliable and irresponsible. This is the worst ISP I have come across.
Finally when I got frustrated and asked for a termination, they happily obliged. So much to brand TATA.
