I m an unfortunate disappointed customer of Tata Docomo and hate to say, this is the worst service I have ever taken up! I solely went by the Tata name and that was a big mistake!
Customer Support*: Rude, unapologetic and non responsive.
There is no intimation of any scheduled outages for maintenance.They have no staff after 6PM and on weekends.
Its been almost 1 year I continued with this service thinking things would improve. They pass on the buck to radius (their infrastructure provider) every time you call.
There is no update, response for over 5 days and every time you call, they have a recorded answers. Guess Docomo got some Japanese robots to sit n take calls with same answers. The supervisor is never on the floor and forget expecting a callback from the supervisor.
I am getting off Tata for good!
