I purchased a Photon Max 3G Wifi card which didn't work. After 3 weeks of deliberation, customer service realized that they don't service my area(but they didn't mind selling it to me knowing fully my address) and agreed to refund the amount but least I guessed then that it was just a ploy and the company had no intention of refunding the money.
First, they asked me to visit their store which refused to collect the dongle and then they came up with a new clause that 30 days have passed since the purchase date, so it can't be refunded any more. The worst part was taking up the case with the appellate authority - the guy didn't bother to respond for first 4 weeks and when I complained to National Consumer Helpline, it sent a response about their policy and kept repeating it like a parrot and wasn't even interested to hear the facts.
In summary:
Pros
- Customer service team is prompt in responding to emails(though didn't offer any resolution)
Cons
Faulty device/ poor coverage
Horrible customer service(has no respect for the consumers). Always in a hurry to close a ticket without providing a resolution
The worst ever complaint resolution process
Unethical processes
Will never do any business with this company!
