I must say their 1 pesa per second plan was awesome but then all the operator acquired this scheme and now there is no difference between Tata Docomo and the other operater I must say that this is a veru bad bad network now and their network coverage is very limited and sometimes I don't get the network inside my house. I have 3g activated sim but most of time it goes into the 2g mode it's completly not good. and sometime it happend that is shows there is no network in your mobile.
When I buy this operator their data plan was good and I was very happy that its data plan had the lowest price if we compare it to all the other operaters but now its all the same all have their plans and their prices are very high. I dont like that now I dont have any great voice plan because the plan which comes with the operater has empty their validity they give me that plan only for 3month it should about 6month or 1 year.
I always use internet on my mobile and for that I need a good conectivity of internet to use it on my mobile. Sometime I use internet on my laptop also and for that its necessary to have 3g tower but most of time when I use internet its automatically goes to the 2g I dont know why and this very bothering the 2g really sucks it dont even open a single page on my laptop I have to wait over 5 minutes. Its downloding speed is good but not all the time asbi said its automatically converts to 3g to 2g it intrupts my downloading also.
There customer care service is not good I called a time and ask for give me information about my current data plan they made me wait for about 10 minutes this is bad and he didnt even talk me in a gentle way he was so rude.
I only want them to make their coverage available to all of the places that they dont have now. Is works only into the city and when you are out of the city or you go a little bit off to the city it left us and you can not call you can not use your mobile. so I want them to make their tower all over the city inside and outside available. If they do this then I think it will be good for us and them also.
