I have Tata Docomo broadband commection(account #919982820). There has been no connectivity for last 10 days. For that had raised complaint #497409189 on 25-Jul-15.
There been no action taken since then from their end even when we have followed up n no. of times. We have been given no assurance until now.
And on top of that yesterday I received a message from them asking about the type of problem/issue we have been facing with their broadband connection. This is too much to handle for me as this follow-up came after 8 days after registering the complaint.
