I feel this review is:
I have been working this organisation last 4 years. In last four years if I really thinking about myself then TCS is good company for freshers. You can groom yourself, take challenges of your work and also become good team player. Oiling and buttering with your supervisor is same in every organisation. If you improve your position in your life then either oiling your manager or work hard till you full fill your goal to satisfy yourself. Increment is not so good compare to past and cost cutting is very high in every step. But if you have talent then you can grow yourself in any organisation….: )
