TCS for commerce graduates as a FRESHER is a pathetic place for working. Do not even think of joining. Tcs also has this rule that once you leave Tcs, you can never rejoin.
The working hours and work load is pathetic and frustrating. During work hours you will not be allowed to use your mobile phones, it will be kept in thier lockers and you can collect it once your shift is over.
Tcs is a big multinational company which has many branches in a city. Their placement providing cell is hell. Instead of placing you the nearby branch, they will purposely place you at a branch which far away from you and where you have to travel a lot.
Do not join, it will just be frustrating until you work there as a fresher.
