I personally feel that , every sector has ots own time to grow . But TCS management have to realize that only education creteria does not make them great . In 2016 I had a placement conducted by TCS in my college and out of 45 people only 1 was selected and that too on the basis of CGPA scored . I personally suggest to remove the marking creteria and focus more on skills .
Yes TCS pays pretty well , but it also Pierce once life by making them work .
Job security in TCS is high .
If one is really focused into working environment he is likely to be promoted or else same level for years.
I myself give ceo rating in 6.5 out of 10 .
