I am from Kolkata. There are multiple branch of Tata Consultancy Service in this city. I have visited couple of time in TCS Gitanjali Park which is at Rajarhat. This is the largest IT site in this city. I found the environment is very good, very neat and clean and the work environment is superb. It has several building block for individual purpose.
The security is very high. Nobody can enter in the site without making a official email approval, identity verification, body scanting and having a visitor's id card. You takes photo before entering the site and also have to submit the visitor card. The employee can only enter after scanning their valid id card and passing through the security check post.
This only of the most globally reputed IT company and it make and handle many projects form all over the world. so employee have to work according the project timing that varies depending on the country time of the projects or the Clint. The normal working time duration is 9 hours per day and 5 days per week and 2 days holiday in a week.
It is a very good place for everyone to work for this company and specially any freshers can join this company proudly.
As it recruits top quality freshers and well experienced workers, the salary package is definitely very good. It the workers also feel good as their jobs are mostly secure and if anyone leave TCS, he/she can easily get a good advantage in joining the next job. overall I like this company and also I would like recommend to others.
