TCS is among the leading IT companies in the world. I would like to list down the pros and cons of working here.
Pros:
1) The work culture is too good.
2) Flexible Timings: Work matters here not the timings.If you can complete your work then its your day.
3) Work from home facility is available
4) Health Insurance Policies are out of the world. Really if some one want to stick to this company, this one reason would be enough for him to stay back.
5) Work distribution is very proper.
6) Most of us can lead a stress less life.
7) You can enjoy being a TCS er.
8) A lot of projects you can find in any field so you need not to think about project aspects.
9) For long term stay TCS is best
10) Total leave counts are also more than compared to other companies
Cons:
1) Formal dress
2) Poor Infrastructure
3) A bit less hike
