I hate this company, it is just body shopping indians to abroad and providing cheap manpower. If you want to get stuck in a bureaucracy then join this organization, if you are hardworking then completely avoid this organization.
You will feel good but later they will keep using you. Look at all the old timers they will look very old and poor. There is no onsite opportunity too in this company and all are being used by people with connection and connection.
Gone are the days when there was IT boom now everyone is in IT even the guys in mechanical engg this company hires.
Even the workplace is so cramped that when the next guy gets up from the seat he will bump into you.
It is just for lining the pockets of tatas.
