I applied TCS many times but their policies of not taking freshers who have 2 years of gap in really pathetic.
I wanted to be a part of this group my many friends are working and they have taken themselves to great levels when they were working . Employee benefits are good . better opportunities are also there for onsite job which obviously many people want in their life.
Work Environment is good . Job security is also there . But the System of sitting in bench is really a danger for personal growth.
