As per number of employees and market capitalization this is one of the largest company of india . I also belongs to engineeing field so I can better rate this company this is the ist company which came to our college canpus for recruitment and got selected in this it has largest staff in india and its market value surpass three lakh crore two years ago and this the only company who do so . I have many friends in technical field and in company like accenture infosys wipro etc but who are in tcs are most satisfied because all have their project also scope for promotion and salary hike also good . ob an average my friends are getting 20% salary hike on an averae every year .and they also provides the chance to go to abroad for some projects if anyone are good at their work they trained their employees at their best and provide good environment so this is really a heaven for newcomer.
