~pros~
Flexibility for women- however it depends on the managers you are under. Other than that it is a wonderful company for women. Job security is a plus.You will have scope for improvement in terms if career growth and professional mostof the time again it all depeds your manager.
~Cons~
No value to low-level in hierarchy i.e. a developer.
Need to know how to polish your boss shoes, else your work will never be recognised.No bonus, salary hikes is not so great.
Changing from one project to another project is not so easy.
~Advice to Management~
It is okay even you dont appreciate but please dont bark on people like dogs. When there is no appreciation for good work, there shouldnot be any scoldings for bad work
