Tata consultancy services Ltd is india's largest and world's second largest consultancy services company. As it is a big company so they recruit students in a mass rate but when it comes to working environment or work load so trust me when you will work in tata consultancy services Ltd you got to know that work load is so high.
Sometimes you have to work on weekends too. My roommate is working on TCS and he told me that work load is so high so that you will not be able take rest on weekends and when it comes to leaves, it is very rare to get leaves easily.
The good thing about Tcs is you will get some benifit on that companies which are tata's alliances but I will not recommend any one to bear that much pressure so tata consultancy services Ltd is in not recommendation list.
