I have a Tata Aria AT car ( bearing registration no kA01MQxxxx) and had met with or accident on 12th August 2017 I took my car to my nearest service station on 13th August 2017 and thanks toy your service quality my car is still in that service center.
I would like to highlight the concerns which has left me irritated and I have lost faith in Tata motors service( in fact Tata motors service was doubtful before buying this car but still I went ahead buying it, not because of reviews but I regret Now buying Tata aria based of the car but Tata service quality)
It's been more than 20 days and I have not received my car yet .
The service center guys are not at all professional, they are too slow as if we are still living in the non -digital age.
They like to play blame game, With the insurance guys, now if you have chosen insurance partners, then it's your responsibility to follow up with them not wait to ages to get a reply or else switch to better insurance provider.
Having said. If you still want to improve your service, I guess tried of following up with the service center guys.
