Let me also put some of my experiences in this totally commercialised business of weight loss methods.All these Gyms.used to be for building body(make them muscular;more fit to
become athletes or take part in some outdoor games in 70s.Now how suddenly they have come down to weight-loss.??For a normal girl to be slim & fit you donot require to waste so much time & money in this type of Gym.Here initialy you lose weight because you lose fat & water to some extent.But therafter your muscles start developing (which no female would like to have muscular body.)& these muscles definitely weigh more than fat which is lost.So all these girls ultimately gain weight & become muscular like boys. Best thing for a fat girl to know what she eats & how much she burns in a NATURAL WAYi.e.Walking;jogging;swimming.By doing this she is bound to lose weight.Take help of Doctors & Dieticians!
