I have read the reviews here and while some are happy with it, there are others who are not so pleased with the experience of Talwalkars. I thought I should have my 2 pence as well. I went there for losing some weight, but my main aim was to stay fit. I have been going for almost a year now and I find them to be reasonably good. Initially there was some staff who had an attitude problem, but after going there for 2-3 sessions, I have not found them there again. I have no idea where they have gone, whether removed or sent to some other branch. But the existing staff has a very good attitude and there is a sense of concern which one can see in their eyes. I have managed to lose some weight, even though not as my I would have wanted to, but then again lets be honest here, I have not stuck to the diet they asked me to. Overall I would recommend this more than other places like vlcc etc.
