I joined TALWALKAR’S FITNESS FUN in PUNE,Fergussion road branch,.The branch itself is not sufficient for the actual  no members they have. Members are not allowed to use Treadmills more than 10 min.You have to wait in queue to use machines.Though  I had joined their so called "Happy Hour" work-out timings, Gym was crowded all the time.Staff is well trained,but the receptionists are very pushy ,always lures to buy their products. The diet plan is useful/effective in the beginning ,but as your weight loss rate slows..diet plans do not work.Then these guys put you on cleansing diet(starvation!!) .you do lose weight ,but as soon as you take a normal everyday diet,all the weight comes back again immediately. Few trainers (SUCHITRA)are so...FAT,I THINK THEY SHOULD UNDERGO WEIGHT LOSS. I do not recommend anybody to trust this weight loss prog.
 THE WEIGHT LOSS IS TEMPORARY.
Just low calorie diet and regular brisk walk is more effective.
