I have joined this Gym for little over 2 months. The AC is kept off between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. So, if you plan to go to exercise during this time, expect lot of sweating. In spite of numerous requests, the situation has not changed, even during Summer. If you want to work out when AC is on, visit from 6 am to 10 am and 5.00 pm onwards and loose considerable time in waiting for machine / place to free up. The overall set-up is very small and number of people in peak hours is disproportionately high.
Personal trainer is "must have" in case you would like to get treated well. The regular 'available to all' trainers are busy either chatting with their favourite friends or with other staff members.
Overall, , the focus is on selling membership and personal trainer rather than caring for the people doing exercise. For example the light in 1 out of 3 showers in Men's room is not working for last 1 month+ but it is not getting repaired.
Fans are not run even when AC is switched off .
