This is my first review on Mouthshut and its about a vehicle. Tvs XL Super. Comparing it with other vehicles wont give an appropriate review, but let me share a few thoughts about this vehicle. My father has been using this vehicle for 14 years(purchased on the year 1999)in Chennai. We are still residing in chennai and even now it has not lost its strength or glory. Its a 1998 edition. He has given numerous times of service for this vehicle. Changed the back wheel, rim, chain guard and even pushed it to a maximum of 60kmph on busy traffic. But it never failed.
PROS:
Good Family Vehicle.
Affordable at low cost.
Suitable for any sort of roads
Good Pulling Capacity
Easy for handling
Good on the turns
CONS
Water leaks in the carburator when rains or water washed.
Headlights not bright as expected
Seats are not comfortable
Definitely not suitable for long rides
Suspensions are bad when going on big bumpy roads
I never rode a bike bcoz I dont know how to ride one, but I have riden this one on numerous occasions I would surely recommend this, if any one wants to go for a good non gear 2stroke vehicle.
Mileage ofcourse would also comes as an issue. By now its giving 30-35kmpl. I would proudly say that it is a king among mopeds.
