I am driving the apache RTR 180 from 2010, but I had face many problem from the 1 month after purchasing from the showroom located at saraswati vihar named " MCR TVS.
firstly, I am telling you that we are the not a aggresive driver.
the problems listed below as:
the main problem is that bike always missed during a ride so when we try to ride at high speed it missed this cause some mis-balancing of bike. When I had stated this problem during the servicing of bike at service centre, they had tried many different alternative way to solve this problem but due to lack of experience they had failed. I had continue this upto 2 years.
the showroom from where I had bought this( the details stated above), they put a mistake on my vehicle registration certificate(RC). the mistake is that I had bought a titanium grey color bike but on RC they state that I had bought BLACK color. we approached him many times to correct this mistake they were not entertain us and not give genuine reason for the mistake.
the problem arise after 2 month that there is that our disc always produced a sound that it rubbed with something. When I stated it on servie centre they told me that there is a bent on my( about 2mm) that why sound is coming. I changed the disc but same problem arise again, then I had immidiately approached to service centre they stated problem that the bent is in your alloy . I had shocked after listening this. As I stated that due to lack of experience the service centre person suggest different thing to a different kind of problem.
