Firstly i’d like to say that I didn’t actually buy this shampoo I won it in a competition. Having only ever won a box of biscuits at a school raffle some years ago I was really surprised to find that I’d actually won something!!

Enough of my ramblings back to the product! Tigi’s self absorbed shampoo is part of the Tigi bed head range but don’t be put of by that fact, you will not end up with that just been dragged outta bed look just by using this shampoo - honest!

My hair is to put it in hairdresser speak Chemically treated, ie abused to hell by constant dying ( - well how else can I cover those pesky little grey hairs) and the unwanted attentions of a too hot hair drier. Therefore one word springs to mind Straw! But having used this product on a near daily basis for the last 2 weeks I am pleasantly suprised by the results - soft and shiny hair!

The shampoo comes in a 300 ml bottle. The bottle itself actually looks very cheap, but this can not be said for the shampoo inside! I have shoulder length hair and find that this rich vaguely citrus/apricot smelling shampoo is best used with about the size of a 10 pence peice. so it’s going to last a while!

Price wise this shampoo is not cheap at £7.95 a bootle, it is not something I’d have bought to just try out but given that after two weeks I’ve probably only used about 10% of the bottle it could actually compare pricewise with my normal shampoo as I need to use loads of that to get a good lather and clean. But since it was a pressie I’m delighted with it and yes when it does run out I can see myself hot footing it to my nearest Toni & Guy saloon , (who sell the complete range of Tigi products from shamppo’s to styling products) to buy a new bottle!
