Hi friends,
I want to share my review on TCL split Air Conditioner and I have purchased this Air conditioner on March 2015 and I am not satisfied with its functioning and the problems are more with this brand of the split Air conditioner.
Service and the support:
The service and the support provided by this branded one are very poor and I made a call to the customer support to complain abut the fault and they took the complaint and I have waited for a long time to repair the air conditioner and problem is not solved.
Cooling and sound:
This Air conditioner takes more time to cool the room and the power consumption is also high and the sound is the major problem we are facing with this branded and the problem is not solved till now.
Quality and the Durability:
The quality and the durability are very low for this Air conditioner and due to the problems, the durability is also low.
The value of money:
The cost of this Air conditioner is very high and I feel better to go for the other brand
Finally, it is non-recommendable
