As my title says, T mobile fits me to a T! And I mean it.
I had used Metro for years and was really unhappy with the quality
of service and the small service area, so one day I looked into a few other carriers. All the plans were basically the same from what I could tell. I asked other people and everyone had their horror stories with almost all the carriers. A little more research and I chose T Mobile.
I called and the phones were answered immediatly and courteously. I was given different options of plans and phones. Some plans had free phones and some had reduced price phones. Some plans didn’t have enough minutes and some had too many. But the person I spoke with continued to help me with exactly what I was looking for.And BINGO! He hit it on the head.
You see, I wanted a plan where I could share the minutes with my daughter who lives 3000 miles away from me, get free phones, free weekends, free text services and many other options. The nice young man set me up with a great plan that suited my needs exactly. I get 2000 minutes a month, free nights and weekends, free mobile to mobile(free to all other TMobile subscribers), text messaging and internet capabilities. All for$99.00 a month!(A lesser plan of 1000 minutes a month was only$69.99 a month) This particular plan included 2 free Motorola camera phones(Or the choice of a few other free phones). Perfect, exactly what I wanted and needed and for under$100.00 a month for both of us.
I’ve had this service for about a year now and I just upgraded both of our phones to Motorola RAZR phones at a deep discount. $89.00 per new phone.
I get no dropped calls, no billing errors, no hidden charges and a courteous, friendly person on the phone whenever I call. I can pay online or by mail or they can take the payment directly out of my checking account each month.
What a difference from Metro. I can now speak to my friends and relatives all over the U.S. and Canada, not just in a small confined area. After 9P.M. all the calls are free. And 2000 minutes, shared between us is really more than enough. Any family can sign up and use shared minutes wherever thay live!
I would reccommend T Mobile to anyone looking for a good, reliable, honest Mobile company
