Gaining knowledge – it depends on the place/person and how we are utilizing them.
I am an experienced IT person and am doing Selenium course. I feel that I got a very good trainer Mr. Vijay who is in IT profession. People, who are really wants to achieve their career life in Java & Selenium, come to him and challenge him if you can. His knowledge repository is open source, you just exploit it.
I have joined as a Manual Tester in this institute, I am sure I will leave as an Automation Tester. The all above star stickers needs to be pinned to Mr. Vijay’s shoulder and to the institute who is having him.:).
Discomfort Area: Institute should have some necessary facilities. Otherwise no annoyance.
