Never join Syntel if you have work exp in a good brand.SAP Practice is worst with no project. Managers and Leads are sitting with these position without any reports. While joining company they gives you fake promise.If you are in Telegu community your growth is like anything though you don't have technical/communication skill. Its a curse for non Telegu guys. I don't want to be racist but this is the real work culture.There is no proper HR community who are involved in employee relationship management..All is your manager and Director.There is no one whom you can escalate.
People in SAP enjoy bench of more than 2 years and two or 3 SAP projects are there in India and 10% of Employee of SAP practice are billable(SAP Practice strength is hardly 60).Once you are in SAP Practice you cant come out of the organisation other wise they will screw you up.There is no proper fresher training for SAP practice.They are thrown into extensive SAP PRACTICE BENCH
Beware of this before plunging into SAP Practice of Syntel
