I have never worked with Syntel but interacted with few of them at client place. Once a syntel tech lead, who was also the team member asked for my CV to be given to her director. I didn't give and then for another 4 months she showed her cheapness. Because of incompetency of infosys managers (unfortunately my employer that time), I couldn't bring this to client notice. The lady was half of my experience, haven't been taught by parents how to behave with others. She was very open in out to screw up client project just to put finger pointing at me. I have worked with many other vendors but never seen so unethical and cheap.
I don't know from where and how Syntel recruits it's workforce.
