Syntel Inc a so called fabrication factory that abuses every aspect of the so called worker rights.they make mostly parts for caterpillar, but in actuality they make lots of junk products. I was a quality auditor there for assembly.and they promised me a raise and I complained then I got let go.this place is a dump.
You don't want to work on the paint line here since, its right next to the fab area and lasers.and the contamination is outrageous. I mean I would reject more then I could send to shipping.all in all this place is a total scam and I would not send my worst enemy here.
If you want to get in here, I strongly refer you to anywhere else. What a sorry excuse for a company,
