Never, ever work for Syntel, The Clients have no respect for Syntel Employees, they use slangs like I have dollar, I can buy people, Humiliate people at work, make you work for 60hours a week, without paying a penny extra. Will ask you to come to work at 6am, in the mng, work till 5pm, and moreover take offshore calls as well, at night.
It's nothing more than a Body shopper, where they sell you on an hour basis, they don't have projects of there own. Just provide individual resources to work on hourly basis.
Reimbursement Amount: you will never get it, I spend more than 6 months fighting for it, and never got my money close to 2000 dollars.
HR worst and horrible: will terminate you giving you just 30min notice, to clear premises, and will not pay you salary as well for the days you work, before your termination. You will end up fighting for it, and will not get anything at the end. So in short, the will make a chutiy@a out of you.
