There is a lot of groupism in Syntel and the EM Amit is threatening the team members indirectly not to disclose the issue to anyone. When some of us pointed out his groupisim activities, he threatened us of complaining us to HR.

Can you please address this issue asap, if you find any evidence we need to take it to HR imdtly. This is a very serious issue and should not be to tolerated, at the same time we cannot speculate we should have hard evidence (like written complaint from concerned individuals) to open any investigation. Let me know if you want me to engage on any conversations....

In the recent past , during my interactions with multiple onshore and offshore team members, I have been continually receiving a lot of remarks/feedback around partiality and so called “racism” in the team .
While I feel utterly disappointed to be even addressing the team on such a humbug and ridiculous topic, I want to give all of you benefit of doubt and set my expectations very clearly.
Please understand - IrrRajeev_Vermactive of which part of our wonderful country (or universe for that matter) you hail from, your recognition / opportunities and growth are only limited by what you have to offer to this team and its success. Professional values , AttiMr_customtakeouter , Performance , contributions and commitment to our collective success are the ONLY parameters that matter.
Going forward , If I ever hear again of any incidents where
(a) An individual (or a group) making any unprofessional or “racist” remarks for someone
(b) Individuals discussing and spreading false rumors of such remarks being made
Be rest assured that I will get to the root of the matter and take the needed disciplinary action. So do me a favor and please refrain from indulging in such derogatory discussions.
If you know me by now, you should know that I am a big believer of team work and collaboration and any deviation from that is fundamentally unacceptable to me at all levels. Onshore & Offshore Leaders,
I hold all of you individually accountable for ensuring that this simple and clear message is well understood by our teams. If you see a problem that needs addressed , you know where to find me.
