Synechron has friendly people with good attitude and behaviour, motivating superiors and nice colleagues. I have worked on good assignments that has given me exposure client side and allowed me to learn new things professionally. I have also work experience that I have gained here.
One problem is that the company has people oriented approach in some case and some people take advantge of this. The founders need to take control and ensure this does not take place because this is damaging to the company.
