I am working with Synechron for the last 2 years and I must say that this is the best company I have ever come across in my 9 years of experience in IT sector. I recently met Faisal(our CEO) and he is a true gentlemen and an amazing personality. Both the owners have an inspiring story and they have very big ambitions and I feel very inspired to be part of this journey.
Work wise they are doing similar projects for banks and insurance companies but what I like about the people in Synechron here is that they really want to benefit the client and give value for money. In my previous organizations, I use to feel bad as the Project Manager & team there never wanted to add any value to clients business. But here, people are genuinely interested and giving best quality and service to clients. I am getting a lot to learn and experiment here. Team is very supportive and understanding. I feel happy and productive every day at Synechron!
