Hi, I recently left Synechron after working with them for almost 5 years and I am glad to share my working experience with you all.
The company is located in a very good locality with natural beauty around. The project managers are responsible and very understanding with their juniors. Synechron give me so many opportunities to learn and understand and grow from an Associate to Assistant Manager. The salary offered is really decent. The working environment was enjoyable with many events and happenings. Unfortunately, I decided to move on from here as my family shifted to the other end of the city.
I may look back to move Synechron again in future if get a chance again. Very bright future of the company and employees here.
