This bank is like 2kms away from my home .
As its nationalised I felt safe to open an account in the bank.
Ever since I opened all have with the bank is issues.
The phone banking is so very poor everytime I call a guy picks up and as I tell him my problem he says me that he will transfer my call to the counter and I wait almost 20 minutes and no one even tries to answer. So I almost every single time have to go personally to thr bank.
The ATM is just near the bank and no where else as I am talking about the one in jayamahal, bangalore.
And almost everytime its out of cash.
The internet banking is so very hectic process with this card of theirs that everytime I buy something it says no registered number as I have sent a mail, even personally reported to the branchabout my personal details and still the same thing happens.
The costumer service is worst they have almost 6 to 7 counters and not even one is presentat the counter.
Or even when some one is present either the system is down or the net isnt working.
The perfect place to have a look howt this government officials take money and dont work atall.
