Today Conditions Of Government Bank Is Not So Good, Excepting To 1 Or 2 Banks . Though I Didn't Have Any Account In Any Government Banks . But from 1 Month Back I Was Looking For A Government Bank Which Has An Excellent Service As I Want To Open a Account In Government Bank . But I Has Cancelled My Mood To Open It As I Am Already Experiencing The Problems That Occured While You Had A Account In A Government Bank .

• My Grandmother Has 2 Accounts One Is In STATE BANK AND OTHER IS IN SYNDICATE BANK . And Her Age Is Above 80 And All The Things In That Account Is Handled By Me Only . And I Can't Tell You How Worst There Service IS.

• Whenever I Went To The Bank Branch To Withdraw Money Or Deposit, There Is a Huge Line From The Counter To Outside The Bank . And The Bank Staff Is Super Lazy They Slowly Slowly Handle Single Customer Almost Take 15 To 20 Minutes On 1 Customer That Means Once I Had Entered The Bank It Is 100 Sure That My Hole Day Will Gona Spent There Only, So Be Ready To Take Your Lunch With You When You Entered SYNDICATE BANK .

• Not Only These I Know A PERSON Who Is 5 Th Pass His Age Is Above 45 And He Stayed In My Society, And He Got A Job In SYNDICATE BANK As a Cashier, As I'm Studying For A Govt Job I Know All The Rules To Get a Job In GOVERNMENT BANK Though To Get a Job Minimum Qualification Is Any Bachelour Degree And Minimum Age To Get Govt Job Is 25 To 26 Maximum, But Not Only He Got a Job But Also After Few Months In Working The Bank He Has Also Arranged a Post Of Cashier For Her Brother Who Is 8 Th Pass And He Got a Job There Also, Also When I Try To Found Out That How He Got A Job There, He Herself Told Me That He Has Given MONEY For Job To The Bank Manager And He Has Arranged A Post For Him And Her Brother . After Listening To It I Literally Shocked And Cryed That There Are Lot Of Candidates Who Are More Eligible For This Post, But Because Of Some DOGS AND BITCHES, The Career Of Eligible Candidates Are Got In Dark . This Show That How The SYSTEM OF THE BANK IS FULLY CORRUPT .

• Beside It They Didn't Handle The Customers In The Right Way, So Just Imagine How Worst There Phone Banking And Internet Banking Will . Few Days Back I Had Applied For a Cheque Book Through Internet And Still I Have Not Received It Almost 15 Days Has Passed, Not Only This I Have Submitted 3 Forms To Get a DEBIT CARD And After Submission Of 3 Forms After 2 Months They Had Given Us DEBIT CARD .

• The Most Pathetic Thing Is LIMITED ATM MACHINE, There Is Only 2 ATM Machines In My Area And Whenever I Went To That ATM Everytime The Machine Shows a Message Of Either OUT OF SERVICE Or CASH NOT AVAILABLE . And As the Transaction Changes Has Increased Now So If I Withdraw The Money More Than 2 Times From Any Other Bank ATM I Have To Pay TRANSACTION CHARGE OR TAX AT Every Withdrawal Of Cash .

Overall Its Not Recommendable, As There Service Is Worst And Trully Corrupt, As Everytime I Visited The Bank Branch I Got a Negative Vibes As There Staff Shows Rude And Arrogant Behavior, And They Didn't Know The Meaning How To Respect The Customer Or How To Maintain a Good CUSTOMER RELATION, Which Is Called As BACK BONE FOR ANY BANK .
