Processing and sanctioning of loans and transaction in systematic manner .Bank has young and energetic youth force to take up the future task efficiently and effectively . People are co-operative providing good customer service and bank has been pioneer in many initiative to extend the benefits to common man under the overall directions and ruled framed by govt.Phone banking and Internet banking timely delivered the massage on each transactions.
ATM some time not work due to non availability of cash.other wise overall working culture of this organization is good.
