I feel this review is:
Poor service by staff. Misbehaves and won't give proper information. Syndicate bank is worst bank I have ever had in my life. My each and every friend had syndicate bank account and closed many of them because of poor service. If we put salary cheque it will take min 6 days to get clear. If we call to ask no one picks up, even if picks rudely will scold and put the reciever down. Very bad bank. Symbol is of faith and work full cheap. These people behaves as if we are asking their money and they are doing favour on us. If they can't give info or other service no issues. At least they should have commonsense to talk to customers politely. Only one thing I like in this bank is Mobile banking. Because no direct communication with staff.
