This is the worst bank which I had ever visited. I had visited to open an account but on seeing the condition and infrastructure I was shock. Here the working staff are very less and so most of the time they are busy. I had asked for a form but they gave me after 30 minutes.
Even they told me to fill and didn't explain about various schemes and offers going on. They were harsh and rude.
I had filled the form and my account opened after three weeks. Their services are very slow. Even I had applied for message on mobile notifications but I had done few transactions and haven't received any messages on mobile phone. I had complaint about but till now it is not resolved. Even the debit card and net banking charges are higher compared to other banks. I suggest not to open an account in this bank.
