I opened my account in syndicate bank in September 2012. Since then, I have found it very customer friendly. May be the employees of the branch office where I regularly visit, the Chanakyapuri Branch, are very good, I really have good experience with this bank. Once, I lost my Visa Debit Card and my Passbook. I went to the Branch office, they promptly gave me the new card and passbook. The very next day, the card was activated. I am satisfied with this bank.
This bank is good for internal transactions. International transaction has to be done from the designated offices which is somewhat not as easy as I am explaining. But for domestic transaction, I like syndicate bank.
