I have also account in this bank. My monthly salary credited this bank. Most trusted but some fault in employee in some branch. My account is kolkata saltlake branch 4 years old. Few month ago I contact the branch for loan purpose but they are not replied to me many more time I have wait but they are no response. I contact another branch but same problem they are busy only those customer are buying banking product. Thats for me but banking service is very good easy process. And also customer service is good like card chane, cheque book request etc etc.
